Our box lunch catering menu is designed for simple but delicious options to make your midday meal easier and memorable. Perfect for businesses, family reunions, and other large gatherings. With both hot and cold options, you can offer a meal to meet anyone’s preferences.

Turkey Sandwiches
Our turkey is freshly smoked at the Company Grill / Red Beard BBQ smokehouse. All sauces are house-made.
Cold Smoked Turkey Sandwich – $13
This sandwich comes with provolone, greens, a bag of chips, and a big chocolate chip cookie. Your choice of side of potato salad, coleslaw, or fruit.

Salads
All salads come with a bag of chips and a big cookie
Turkey Salad – $12
Spring greens with 1/3 lb of meat, tomatoes, crispy onions, dried cranberries, cheese, house cran-sauce, and ranch dressing.
Green Salad– $10
Spring greens with tomatoes, crispy onions, cheese, extra fresh veggies, and ranch dressing.

Please Note:
- Hot lunch options need to have hot sides, and cold sandwiches will have a cold side. If you want a hot/cold combination, there will be an extra charge for extra packaging, as they will need to be delivered in separate containers
- On site serving is for one hour with a 10% service fee. Each additional hour of service needed adds $100 per hour
- Assorted Soft Drinks & Bottled Water offered at $1.50 per person
- Jackson Hole Sodas and Energy Drinks offered at $3 each
- Desserts offered at $2 per person
